Application Flow

Please review the "Exhibitor Regulations" and confirm that you agree to all terms and conditions. Once you have agreed, submit your application via the Exhibitor Application Form.

  1. Exhibitor Application Form Opens

    Thursday, February 12, 10:00 (JST)
    • Priority Application Deadline

      Thursday, April 30
    • Exhibitor Application Deadline

      Friday, May 29
  2. Acceptance Email Sent(Application Accepted / Contract Concluded)

  3. Exhibition Participation Confirmed

  4. Invoice for Exhibit Fees Sent(by post/mail)

  5. Payment Due Date for Exhibit Fees

    Tuesday, June 30
    • Exhibitor Briefing

      Wednesday, July 1
    • Booth Location Finalized

      Friday, July 3

* Your application and exhibitor contract are deemed complete once you receive an acceptance confirmation by email.
* The contract effective date is the date specified in the acceptance confirmation notice.
* Cancellations made on or after Monday, June 1 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

* The application form can be filled out starting at 9:30.

* However, applications submitted before the registration opens (before 10:00) will not be accepted

* Exhibitors in the General Exhibits area who apply by April 30 will be able to select their preferred booth location at the booth location selection meeting scheduled in early July, in the order in which applications are received.
