Invitation Leaflet

For exhibitors to invite their business partners and other important customers, Special invitations will be provided. Invitees are not required to complete the general visitor pre-registration process and can enjoy a premium attendance experience that differs from the standard visitor flow.

Eligibility	CEATEC 2026 Exhibitors
Usage Fee	JPY 3,300 per sheet (including Japanese consumption tax)

• 1) International Conference Hall, 1F drop-off access (Note 1)
  Supports a smoother and more comfortable arrival.
• 2) Access to an exclusive lounge inside the exhibition venue (Note 2)
  A dedicated space available for breaks and informal business meetings.
• 3) Access to priority seating for conference sessions (Notes 2 and 3)
  Priority-area seating for major sessions (no advance session reservation required).
• 4) Fast-track entry via a dedicated reception counter (Note 2)
  Present your invitation and business card to receive an admission pass at the dedicated counter.
  *Advance visitor registration required for general attendees is not necessary.
• 5) Complimentary tote bag + select collection (Note 2)
  Includes limited materials and novelty items.
• 6) Meal voucher(s) redeemable at Makuhari Messe and nearby participating locations
  Vouchers can be exchanged at the Special Lounge.
  A map of participating locations will be provided.

Note 1: Drop-off access is available only for chauffeur-driven vehicles (private passenger cars are not eligible).

Note 2: The same services are available for up to one accompanying person.

Note 3: Priority seating is available only in Convention Hall A/B. Please note that priority seating may not be available if capacity is reached.

Leaflets

The invitation will be distributed to exhibitors and companies and organizations related to the organizers. It is scheduled to be distributed in early September, and will include information on the exhibition overview, the venue area layout, and conference information.
In addition, it is possible to advertise in the guide. A total of 140,000 copies are scheduled to be distributed, and it is expected that the information will be widely disseminated through this large-scale distribution. Please use it as a tool to enhance your brand and increase recognition of your exhibits through advertising in the guide.

If you would like more than the number of copies distributed above, an additional purchase can be made at 330 JPY per copy.

CEATEC will provide a visitor data reading system for a fee.
More information will be provided at the exhibitor briefing in July.
