We plan to have support services to meet the objectives of your exhibit, including venue services that lead to new leads and other customer relations, as well as information dissemination through the media.

- Exhibition Flyers
- Exhibition Flyers that can be used as a tool to attract visitors to the event will be distributed.

- Opening Reception
- CEATEC Opening reception will be held on the first day of the exhibition (October 15) to provide an opportunity for key persons to gather together, to which the management of exhibiting companies/organizations will be invited.

- News Center
- We plan to organize our own planning, reporting, and editing team and set up a "News Center" to disseminate various information, mainly related to exhibited products, to prospective visitors, industry professionals, the press, and general users. In addition, we will actively support exhibitors' PR activities by encouraging them to seek exposure in various media.

- System for Acquiring Visitor Information
- We plan to provide a service that enables to read visitor data.
Details will be announced at the exhibitor briefing to be held in July.

- CEATEC AWARD 2024
- The CEATEC AWARD, CEATEC's original award system in cooperation with the government, which started in 2011 and will be held for the 14th time this year.

- We offer packaged display plans that reduce exhibition costs and preparation time.

- A press briefing room adjacent to the press center is available for product announcements, etc.
