Conference Speaking Opportunities & Fees
The CEATEC CONFERENCE is held online and at Makuhari Messe. We offer session slots where you can freely promote your initiatives by participating in a diverse program that introduces cutting-edge technologies, solutions, and trends.
In addition to experiencing products and solutions at the exhibition hall, many CEATEC visitors attend the Conference to gain an understanding of industry and technology trends, as well as to seek hints for solving their own company's issues. While the exhibition booths are a place to appeal through "products and services", the Conference allows for communication in a more strategic context, such as "vision", "knowledge of problem solving", "market analysis", and "practical examples". By approaching from these different angles, and building multiple layers of contact with visitors, it is possible to create a deeper understanding and empathy, leading to the creation of long-term relationships and new business opportunities.
- As one of CEATEC's conference programs, this leads to implementation and customer attraction advantages.
- By using it in conjunction with your exhibit, it leads to better understanding and exchange regarding products and services.
Non-CEATEC exhibitors may also apply only for the session.
- Basic audience data will be provided.
We will provide the CSV file about 10 days after the event.
- Provides information for those who have made advance auditing reservations.
To make your presentation more effective, we will provide you with the information of those who have made advance reservations to attend the lecture before the presentation.

Included Services
- Session listing on the official CEATEC website and related channels, plus an audience reservation feature integrated with the pre-registration system
- Rental of attendee check-in scanning devices (QR/barcode readers) for reception, and on-site staff support for scanning/check-in operations

Standard furniture and AV equipment (lectern, microphones, speakers, projector, screen, and audience seating) and technical operator support
For Convention Hall use, additional support includes stage direction assistance and "shadow announcement" support (backstage/venue announcements).
Additional Notes
- If you require stage decoration, furniture, or equipment beyond the standard specification, these can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Presenters are generally expected to bring their own laptop for speaking and screen projection.
- Audience seating is typically arranged in a theater-style layout.
- Session date/time will be determined based on your requested preferences and availability.
Application Terms
- For non-exhibitors, the usage fee for any plan is set at twice the exhibitor rate.
- If multiple applications request the same date/time, priority may be given to applicants booking multiple sessions and/or a full-day package.

Key Features (Online Plan)
- Session videos can be released from October 1, ahead of the onsite exhibition period—supporting pre-event promotion and encouraging visitor attendance.
- Content can be made available throughout the pre-event and archive period (October 1–October 30), enabling wide-reaching communication regardless of time or location.
- After distribution ends on October 30, attendee/viewer data will be provided in CSV format.
