Exhibition Regulations 2. Notes on Exhibition Fees

2-1. Costs included in the exhibition booth fee

Exhibitor badges 15 badges per booth
If you require more than the standard number of badges, you can purchase additional ones at 1,650 JPY per badge (including consumption tax).
Worker ribbons 5 badges per booth
If you require more than the standard number of badges, you can purchase additional ones at 550 JPY per badge (including consumption tax).
Invitation leaflets (by application) Up to 1,000leaflets

Up to 6,000leaflets
Increase by 1,200 		1 to 3 booths

2-2. Costs that will definitely be incurred in addition to the exhibition fee

* The following costs are not included in the exhibition fee, as well as booth decorations other than the basic panel.
Primary line construction fee (including electricity usage fee)
The secondary line construction fee for items such as power outlets in the booth is not included. This fee is included in the exhibition fee for small package booths and Next Generation Park. 		JPY13,200/kW (including consumption tax)
