Notes

1. If there is no co-exhibitor, please select "No co-exhibitor" in the Co-exhibitor application form ＜No.5＞.
2. Based on the information submitted, an account will be issued to co-exhibitors for logging in to the exhibitors-only website.
3. We will send an invoice for the booth fee and all other expenses to the company that submitted the application.
   Only co-exhibitors who have requested to use the exhibitor details page or the online submission service will be issued an account for logging in to the exhibitors-only website.
4. The maximum number of booths and booth types that can be applied for must comply with the exhibition regulations whether or not you have a co-exhibitor.
   ※We can issue an invoice of CEATEC AWARD entry fee to your co-exhibitors.
5. Vehicle stickers distributed by the management office will bear only the name of the companies that submitted an application, and will be sent to them or a specified address.
6. Although applications can be submitted after the submission deadline, the list will only be displayed on the venue MAP and official website, and the names of co-exhibitors will not be listed on the information leaflet to be issued from late August.
7. Company names on the vehicle passes distributed by the Management Office will include only the name of the company applying to exhibit (representative exhibitor), and the passes will be sent to the company applying to exhibit or to a designated address.
