Exhibition Regulations 1. Exhibition Fees and Plans

1-1. General Exhibits

1. Standard booths: 1 booth to 18 booths (single-row to four-row booth specifications)

   

   1. 1 booth specifications: Frontage width 3m x Depth 3m
      

      Please refer to "3. Exhibition Area, Number of Booths Applied for, Height Restrictions" for the number of booths, booth configuration, and height limitations.

   2. Back panels and side panels for booths adjacent to other companies will be installed as basic panels. System panels will not be installed on the aisle side of corner booths or on booths that are independent booths.
   3. xhibitors are responsible for providing their own floor carpeting, company name boards, other materials, decorations, etc. It is also possible to use the various package booths that will be introduced separately.
   4. If you are exhibiting in booths 1 to 18, one to three sides of your booth may be adjacent to other companies.
   5. It is prohibited to display company names or logos facing the other booths that are adjacent to you.

   20 booths or more (block booths)

   1. The standard size of a block booth is 9㎡.
   2. The booth dimensions will be calculated from the total area of the number of booths multiplied by 9㎡. The width to depth ratio will be between 2:1 and 1:1, and will be indicated on the booth allocation drawing at the booth location selection meeting.
   3. Exhibitors must install carpeting, etc. in the designated space and construct the booth in a way that visitors can see the boundary between the aisle and the booth.

2. Small Package Booth

   

   1. 1 booth standard: 2m (width) x 2m (depth) x 2.7m (height)
   2. Decoration specifications
      • Display stand (990mm (depth) x 975mm (height) with storage space at the bottom)
      • Basic wall
      • Company name cutting sheet
      • Company name parapet (300mm wide)
      • Primary line construction and electricity usage (up to 1kW free of charge)
      • Outlet (single-phase 100V power supply up to 1kW capacity)
      • LED seamless light
   3. Exhibitor can apply for one/two booths

      Decorations that involve construction on the package booth are not permitted.

1-2-1. Partners & Global Park

1. Diamond Partner / Platinum Partner

   Booth dimensions: The dimensions will be adjusted according to the total area of the space applied for.

   • The space will be provided as is at the venue. *The construction company in charge of the venue will mark out the floor.
   • Exhibitors are requested to install carpeting, etc. in the designated space and to construct the booth in such a way that visitors can clearly see the boundary between the aisle and the booth.

2. Gold Partner

   Booth dimensions: 9m (width) x 9m (depth)

   • The venue will be provided on a space-only basis. *The construction company in charge of the venue will mark out the floor.
   • Exhibitors are requested to install carpeting, etc. in the designated space and to construct the booth in such a way that visitors can clearly see the boundary between the aisle and the booth.

3. Bronze Partner

   Booth dimensions: 6m (width) x 6m (depth)

   • The venue will be provided on a space-only basis. *The construction company in charge of the venue will mark out the floor.
   • Exhibitors are requested to install carpeting, etc. in the designated space and to construct the booth in such a way that visitors can clearly see the boundary between the aisle and the booth.

   Booth dimensions: 9m (width) x 9m (depth)

   • The venue will be provided on a space-only basis. The construction company in charge of the venue will mark out the floor.
   • Exhibitors are requested to lay carpeting etc. in the designated space and ensure that visitors can see the boundary between the aisle and the booth.

2. Bronze Partner

   Booth dimensions: 6m (width) x 6m (depth)

   • The venue will be provided on a space-only basis. *The construction company in charge of the venue will mark out the floor.
   • Exhibitors should install carpeting, etc. in the designated space and ensure that visitors can see the boundary between the aisle and the booth.

1. Eligibility
   Companies established for 9 years or less (established after October 2016) / Universities and educational institutions aiming to implement research results in society / Research and development departments and new business departments in companies and organizations
2. Equipment Package Specifications
   1. 1 booth specification: 2m (width) x 1.8m (depth) x 2.7m (height)
   2. Decoration specifications
      1. Basic wall surface
      2. Display stand (900mm high, storage space underneath)
      3. High chairs
      4. Independent counter
      5. Primary line construction and electricity usage (up to 500W free of charge)^*
      6. 2 sockets (up to 500W output capacity)
      7. Company name board
      8. Lighting (1 LED seamless light behind the company name board)

      The following is a guide to power consumption.
      If power consumption exceeds 500W, a separate application is required.
