Company Introduction

Recent technological advancements have spawned new devices and industries. Smart watches, smart glasses, drones, self-driving cars, and artificial intelligence (AI) are among the most prevalent. Some of these developments, i.e. drones and virtual money, make it more difficult to see the future 10 years from now. What we do see, however, is that the practical use of complex technologies requiring decades of research, like nuclear fusion and quantum computers, won't happen until the late 21st century. Metropolice's mission, through various innovative business activities, is to realize the commercialization of these "next-generation" technologies, as well as those cutting-edge technologies - smart watches, drones, AI - already on the market.

Software

Distributed Simulated Annealing

In many industries, many software based on a specific algorithm called "Simulated Annealing" for making a best choice among many choices. This algorithm is basically made for CPU based PC, means not work parallelly. This will be a bottleneck for the flow of job, for example a product like FPGA compiler which takes many hours. To solve these problem we are developing a parallel computing based Simulated Annealing. Our new "Distributed Simulated Annealing" algorithm is based on the idea of Quantum Computing, so called "Quantum Annealing" algorithm.

Simulated Annealing Simulator

Simulated Annealing Simulator is a simulator based on statistical mechanics. It can solve color mapping problem and traveling salesman problems. It is based on a simple monte carlo method optimized to CPU based PC. Also the logical circuit has a specific type of pattern to provide new aspect for solving a problem.
