"Real-Haptics Changes the World – Haptics returns to Artificial Inteligence "

Real Haptics (RH) technology has started to introduce a huge innovation in motion control. Humans can manage position and force to create a motion that robot cannot perform well. The RH technology can re-install a “motion” to the robots. Humans use their cerebellum to store the learned sequence of movements in the body. The stored motion is reconstructed, as necessity requires in the situation. The RH technology realizes the “cerebellum-like artificial intelligence” by recording and reconstructing the motion. We have been working on the joint research projects with the numbers of leading companies in different fields. The core technology is developed into a small module; ABC-CORE. We had established a company to commercialize the core module. The company takes responsibility on the market. Please visit our booth and witness the accomplishment of PH technology. "Real-Avatar, the other me"

- Dual-armed General-Purpose Arm with Real-haptics technology -

In our exhibition, we will demonstrate the dual-armed general-purpose arm, which the real-haptics technology is built in. The real-haptics technology achieves to transfer the haptic sense additional to visual and auditory sense. The technology can transmit the human motion to remote place, can record the motion, and can reconstruct the motion. With the technology, the dual-armed general-purpose arm works as an avatar with eye, ear, and tactile sense. The behavior, the action, the presence of a human is now free from the space and the time. The real-haptics technology reconstructs “the other me” in the different place and the different time.

"The fine handling transport system with the real-haptics technology"

In the exhibition, we will demonstrate the automation of multi-product transport line. The real-haptics technology realizes the artificial intelligence with cerebellum-like functions. The system with real-haptics achieves the fine handling of multi-product, which the difference cannot be recognized at the grace. The real-haptics identifies the mechanical characteristic of the object instantaneously and distinguish weather the object is hard or soft, large or small, and light or heavy. The automation of transport task with such objects contains a lot of uncertainty; therefore the humans took role in the conventional factory lines. We will introduce the highly adaptive automatic system. Manufacturing industries and food industries are the expected applications.

"Portable Real-haptics Devices sensed by ABC-CORE"

In the exhibition, we will introduce ABC-CORE; the real-haptics module that enables transmission/recording/processing/reconstruction of the motion. In the demonstrated portable real-hapitcs device, the motion of human is sensed by the ABC-CORE. Processing and reconstruction of the motion will be introduced by the movie. The humans are capable of manipulating the force based on the haptic sense because the haptics is primitive sensory system acquired in the way of evolution. ABC-CORE re-installs the haptics sense to the automatic machines, and builds the Internet of Actions world. Frontier of the newly developed real-haptics technology is just around the corner.
