class="dbtxt"> <p>Dear Exhibitor: </p> <p>Under CEATEC JAPAN's three-year strategy, which commenced in 2003, the CEATEC JAPAN Organizing Committee is considering various initiatives to clarify the uniqueness of CEATEC JAPAN and ensure that it becomes comparable with other leading international exhibitions as a medium for dispatching industry information around the world. The primary reason for strengthening CEATEC JAPAN's information dispatching capabilities is to deliver information from exhibitors to a global audience, and thereby enhance exhibition effectiveness. </p> <p>One promotion activity was the organization of a distinctive news team to implement the functions of a News Center, such as collecting and dispatching information on exhibits in the <i>CEATEC JAPAN Web Magazine</i> and newsletters e-mailed to previous visitors. </p> <p>This year, we will enrich the News Center functions to increase international exposure by sending exhibit information and exhibitors' own press releases directly to international media. We believe that this plan will greatly improve exhibition effectiveness. In addition, various support services will be offered, such as press release production and translation of Japanese text into English. </p> <p>To make this plan possible, we are asking exhibitors to fill in the attached "PR Contact Person Registration Form," and return it to the CEATEC JAPAN Management Office by Friday, June 25. After receiving this form, we will send an information package outlining CEATEC JAPAN's promotion activities and schedules to the PR contact person you register. At the same time, we would like to ask for your cooperation with the News Center as the editorial team collects information on exhibit contents in advance of this year's show. We also hope that you will utilize this plan as an opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of PR activities that surpass in-booth promotion. </p> <p>If this form is not filled and returned by the deadline, the information mentioned above will be sent to the exhibition contact person registered in the exhibition application form.
