Email Magazine Text Banner Ads
Information on CEATEC JAPAN will be sent by e-mail to visitors to the previous exhibition who requested information on this year's event. Supplementing this, the CEATEC JAPAN Web site will also feature pertinent articles, which will be sent in the form of an e-mail magazine. In this way, the extensive CEATEC JAPAN visitor database will be actively used to promote this year's event and increase attendance this year. For a fee, banner ads are also available on the e-mail magazine.

1.	Recipients: Visitors to CEATEC JAPAN 2003 who requested information (200,000 visitors attended in total) and early registrants for CEATEC JAPAN 2004.
2.	E-mail Dates: Every Friday from July 23 to October 1 Submissions for mail-outs are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each issue will contain five text banner ads.
3.	Message Format: Body (data only): Up to 266 characters in Japanese (38 characters by 7 lines), 532 characters in English (76 characters by 7 lines) The name and booth number of the exhibiting company must be included in body text for the text banner ad, and information presented must be pertinent to CEATEC JAPAN 2004.
4.	Fees: ¥210,000 per mailing (tax included)
5.	Special Package Price for Combined Web Site/E-mail Magazine Ad Banner Orders CEATEC JAPAN 2004 is offering a special package price of ¥315,000 (tax included) to exhibitors who order both Web site and e-mail magazine text banner ads, a discount of ¥100,000 from the regular price of individual orders. Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to maximize the effectiveness of participation in CEATEC JAPAN 2004.
