Exhibitor can choose a booth position from specified area in the booth allocation diagram determined by the Organizing Committee. Booth selection will be given preference in order of reception of exhibitor applications.
First, select one of the two methods in following to submit the Exhibit Application form.
・Apply using a form available in the Official Website (www.ceatec.com)
・Attach Exhibition Application/Contract Form as a PDF file to email or facsimile the form.
* As a general rule, the application form mailed (post) in advance cannot be accepted.
* The original Exhibition Application/Contract Form must also be mailed (post) to the Management Office after it is submitted via one of the two methods mentioned above.
* Please be sure to submit a company profile and product catalog if you are a first time exhibitor.
* Instead of the catalog, you could please inform the URL which we could see your products.
