            <description>Panasonic is exhibiting the Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town Project that it is using to promote the construction of an eco-conscious town in Kanagawa Prefecture's Fujisawa City. In this project, Fujisawa City will work with each of its partner companies to use energy creation, conservation, and storage technologies to transform the entire city into a smart town. In addition to approximately 600 houses and 300 apartments, plans also call for the construction of businesses and public facilities. The town opening is planned for fiscal 2013. </description>

            <description>Sony has developed a sheet that users can attach to an existing laptop PC that renders images in 3D for the naked eye. Simply attach the sheet to the laptop PC screen and boot the special software to render images in 3D. A camera can be attached to a PC and will follow the user's movements in order to deliver the best possible image. </description>

            <description>In order to illustrate how IT can be used to deliver new lifestyles and merits, Intel are introducing and exhibiting HAL, a robot suit created for social welfare purposes, that uses the Intel Atom processor. The robot suit supports human movement by reading the weak signals triggered by muscle movement, then the power unit is activated to move in synch with the human wearer. The suit is already in use in rehabilitation centers. </description>

The booth describes an overview of mobile spacial statistics, and presents a demonstration of the technology applied in the urban development process.

Nissan's exhibit showed the lithium ion battery used to drive its Leaf electric vehicle used to power a home. Visitors were also able to go inside this elevated house of the near future and experience the living conditions first hand.</description>

Such a large screen is rare, even in movie theaters, making this capability extremely attractive.</description>
