Introduction

Katsura laboratory focuses on infrastructure of human support space, where haptic systems are connected bi-directionally over network. The haptic systems acquire, save, process, transmit, and reproduce real-world haptic information. We are also developing a novel integrated design from energy conversion of electromechanical integration systems to motion control and its applications to manufacturing technology, robotics, information technology, telecommunication, and medical welfare.
