Last year, B to B purpose zone "CEATEC Suite" was established as a specialized area. Regulations and service plans have been enhanced in order to achieve effective negotiations. Feedback from participants last year has been used as a base to further increase effectiveness.

For this year
■Extended to 4 days to utilize opportunity of the Special Invitational Day (the first day of the exhibition)
■The venue divided into two zone, ICT Suite (near 5days ICT related zone) and Electronics suite (near 5days Electronics components related stage)

Theme Plaza, which matches current business trends

The theme has been established to match current business trends and to carry out open seminars that propose new business models. This encourages the attraction of core users, with direct links to business and contributes to customer acquisition.

Contributing to increased high-cost efficiency needs

For a business exhibition, the pricing is reasonable. Furthermore, due to limits on production and the booth sizes, we are able to keep operating costs under control. This means that the exhibition is highly cost-effective.

● Sound restrictions
There is a limit on the sound volume coming from inside your company's booth for events, such as demonstrations and stage shows. The maximum is 65dB.
● Stage demonstrations restrictions
Except for product presentations, events to attract customers are prohibited (for example stage demonstrations and gift lotteries).
● Companion restrictions
Activities to attract visitors into booths by using event companions in costume are prohibited.

Biz-confab Package booths are provided at a reasonable price

A package is available which provides a negotiating table and chair set, which will enable your company to carry out negotiations inside the exhibition booths. These can be used in conjunction with the exhibition booth.

Tools are provided to support activities aimed at potential customers in the exhibition and for prior appointment activities of your company.

Exhibitors information page on the official website: No charge
The official website will receive over 900,000 views in 3 months. If you take advantage of the system to automatically publish exhibitor information, it is possible to display information in real time on display products, your booth and even news and how to contact your company. This will support your target visitors in their research on your booth and your company prior to the event and will be effective in encouraging their attendance at the exhibition.
Customer invitations: No charge
In order to be certain to invite customers that are key to your company, invitations can be issued that allow unique service.
Please use these as a business tool, for example the sales representatives can hand them out directly to customers.
Make maximum use of special invitations: Distribution of free special invitations
On the opening day of the exhibition there will be a great many management executives and important customers attending and your company will have a greatly increased potential for sales opportunities. If you invite your key customers they will be able to see your latest products, developers and management. Please be aware that this is the top sales day.
Barcode System: Free rental of one reader
At CEATEC JAPAN visitors will carry an admission card with a bar code on it. You can easily gather attribute information and request information. Please make use of this system to help you carry out follow up sales activities.
※ The data processing costs will be charged by the number of visitors, up to a maximum cost of 20,000 yen.

Concierge service: No charge
At the entrance of the hall, concierge services will be offered that will guide the customers you have invited customers to your company's booth and will call on the supervisor of your booth.

Customer lounge: Fee required
This will be a place where it will be possible to provide hospitality to your important customers. Food and drinks will be served in individual spaces, so please take advantage of the lounge when you want to carry out negotiations and discussions with your customers.

Catering service: Fee required
There will be a drink and light meal service provided for the negotiation corner of your company's booth. Please be sure to take advantage of this hospitality tool in your booth.
