- Customer Invitation Service
Register important customer data with the CEATEC
JAPAN Management Office and it will provide your
company with personalized customer invitation cards.
Make sure that business supervisors present invitation
cards to each customer, and include directions to your
booth at the exhibition. At the venue, exhibitors will be
provided with a set customer invitation service.
- Supplying Visitor Data on the Following Day
Visitor data acquired by the barcode system will be
made available on the following day. By comparing this
data with your visitor lists it will be possible to see which
customers have not yet visited your booth, allowing them
to be approached accordingly. The data can also be
used for follow-up activities once the show has closed,
making it an effective business tool.
- Theme Plaza
Applications for participation at the Theme Plaza are available
and by deciding upon an appropriate business trend theme,
your company can participate in this open seminar/booth
exhibit to expand upon your planned PR activities for the
show. Directly guiding target users to exhibit content and the
seminar programs of participating companies is an excellent
way to attract core users to the exhibition.
- Customer Lounge
A customer lounge will be available where you can
accommodate your customers and make reservations for
Japanese-style lunch-boxes, etc. This lounge enables you to
avoid the crowds in the venue restaurants during busy
periods so you do not have to keep your customers waiting.
- Concierge Service
A concierge service that will assist with visitor
inquiries, etc. at the venue entrance will be provided.
In addition to responding to general inquiries and
requests, the concierge service will also provide
instructions on how to get to certain booths and will
get in touch with booth supervisors if necessary.

One phone call to this service and the staff will promptly deliver
light meals and refreshments to the consultation corner in your
booth. Upon signing a receipt, this easy-to-use service will
keep a tab of your orders and payment can be made at a
