Helpful exhibiting points to strengthen ties with prospective customers and promote sales.

Point1 Set Your Objectives
Clarify your objectives and targets for exhibiting.
  • If your primary objective is PR, it may be difficult to effectively gauge customer contact intervals.
  • Decide upon efficiency indicators that realistically assess customer point of contact data.
  • After deciding on the efficiency indicators, establish specific target values.
Point2 Booth Design
Utilize your booth as an ideal venue for business consultations.
  • Make an effort to display new products and technologies in an eye-catching manner.
  • Rather than simply relying on attractive presentations and fixtures, emphasize actual contact with customers.
  • Ensure that there is enough space in your booth for business consultations, which are crucial elements of customer contact.
Point3 Attracting Customers
Actively invite customers and make appointments prior to the event.
  • Make strategic plans to attract customers that include lists of A) existing customers, B) prospective customers, and C ) potential customers.
  • To attract more customers, distribute invitation cards in addition to using email.
  • Schedule meetings between important customers and business supervisors at the exhibition.
Point4 Attending to Customers
Engage in dialogue with customers who have come to visit your booth.

Services to Support Sales Promotion and Customer Base Expansion

Customer Invitation Service
Register important customer data with the CEATEC JAPAN Management Office and it will provide your company with personalized customer invitation cards. Make sure that business supervisors present invitation cards to each customer, and include directions to your booth at the exhibition. At the venue, exhibitors will be provided with a set customer invitation service.
Supplying Visitor Data on the Following Day
Visitor data acquired by the barcode system will be made available on the following day. By comparing this data with your visitor lists it will be possible to see which customers have not yet visited your booth, allowing them to be approached accordingly. The data can also be used for follow-up activities once the show has closed, making it an effective business tool.
Theme Plaza
Applications for participation at the Theme Plaza are available and by deciding upon an appropriate business trend theme, your company can participate in this open seminar/booth exhibit to expand upon your planned PR activities for the show. Directly guiding target users to exhibit content and the seminar programs of participating companies is an excellent way to attract core users to the exhibition.
Customer Lounge
A customer lounge will be available where you can accommodate your customers and make reservations for Japanese-style lunch-boxes, etc. This lounge enables you to avoid the crowds in the venue restaurants during busy periods so you do not have to keep your customers waiting.

Concierge Service
A concierge service that will assist with visitor inquiries, etc. at the venue entrance will be provided. In addition to responding to general inquiries and requests, the concierge service will also provide instructions on how to get to certain booths and will get in touch with booth supervisors if necessary.

Catering Service
One phone call to this service and the staff will promptly deliver light meals and refreshments to the consultation corner in your booth. Upon signing a receipt, this easy-to-use service will keep a tab of your orders and payment can be made at a later date. We recommend using this service to enhance the level of hospitality in your booth.
