
The CEATEC Suite is a special zone that has been newly established
this year in response to the business needs of companies participating in
CEATEC JAPAN to realize effective, new trade activities in the future.
This suite will maximize CEATEC JAPAN's brand power, its information
gathering capabilities, and its ability to bring together important
participants such as stakeholder and professional
technical personnel under one roof. The booths in this specialized zone have been designed to ensure that effective business-to-business
activities can be performed in order to attract new customers, coordinate businesses, and create new trade opportunities.
CEATEC JAPAN makes available booths at approximately 80% of the regular booth fee. This reduced cost, even when compared to other domestic exhibitions, is in response to requests from cost-conscious companies.
Visitor contacts within booths can be insufficient for specialty exhibits and for integrated exhibits as well even if there are a sufficient number of booths. But the CEATEC Suite will combine the efficiency of a specialty exhibit with the quantity of an integrated exhibit to create a venue in which CEATEC JAPAN core visitors can meet effectively.
The ability to exhibit for three days out of the five that CEATEC JAPAN is held without booth construction and removal concerns reduces the burden upon exhibition managers and staff who will be busy providing visitors with explanations, and this helps to ensure that exhibits maximize their potential.
The theme plazas, capturing current business trend, offer open seminar opportunities and exhibit booth as package. Target users will be directly introduced to seminar programs and information on exhibited products, in order to expand attendance at CEATEC JAPAN. Link-ups and tie-ups between industry organizations and mass media will also be promoted in order to more effectively attract visitors.
