Press Center information

A fully equipped Press Center is available for media personnel covering CEATEC JAPAN 2010 and it provides exhibitor coverage services, exhibitor press releases and press kit distribution as well as computer work stations and meeting spaces.

How to Apply

Members of the press can register and enter at the Press Registration Counter on the 2nd floor Press Center in the International Conference Hall.?Please present two business cards when you register. Registration and admission as a member of the press may not be allowed if the Management Office deems that the individual(s) does not meet certain qualifications. We ask for your understanding in such situations.
Press Members who have pre-registered will receive a Press Pass before the start of the exhibition to make admission more convenient. A variety of useful services will also be offered by the Press Center so please take full advantage of these services.

Note: Individuals may register and enter the exhibition as members of the press if they are directly involved in media coverage, or meet the following criteria: Personnel of broadcasting departments in media fields such as television, radio, newspaper, magazine, and commercial web news. Reporters, editors, directors, cameraman and other members of news editing departments that are directly related to coverage as well as writers contributing to existing media.

Online Press Registration

To make it easier to enter and cover CEATEC JAPAN 2010, reporters and other members of the media may register for press badges online in advance of the show.



Registering

Applicants who register at the Online Press Center will first be subject to a review by the Management Office. By providing the Management Office with a user name (e.g. email address), first-time applicants will receive a URL to initiate provisional registration. The Management Office will then conduct its review after which an email with the results and notification of registration completion will be sent to the applicant.

Online Press Registration is available from July 17th to September 18th, 2010. If you do not register by September 18th, please visit the on-site Press Center at CEATEC JAPAN 2010 and register at the reception desk there.
