The site features an automatic exhibitor information posting system that enables real-time publication of press releases, exhibited products, booth event information, etc.
Exhibitor seminar rooms 無料サービス
Seminar rooms with basic presentation equipment will be available at CEATEC JAPAN for exhibitor seminars and tutorials. Reservations can be made on the Official CEATEC JAPAN Website, and this service is provided in a support package that includes benefits such as attendee recruitment PR by official invitation, reception on the day, and attendee feedback data.
Premiere Time 無料サービス
As a preview to the show, Premiere Time will be held on the morning of the first day of the exhibition, and is open only to exhibiting company executives, members of the press and special invitees of exhibitors. Twenty Premiere Time invitation sets will be distributed free of charge per each rented booth space.
Meeting room/ interpretation service 無料サービス
CEATEC JAPAN makes available convenient meeting rooms in each exhibition hall for business consultations and meetings. Interpretation services are also available for international clients (in English, Chinese and Korean) free of charge.
Barcode system 有料サービス
To enhance marketing activities, a barcode system that provides exhibitors with easy access to pertinent data on booth visitors is available for a fee.
