Premiere Time
The Premiere Time event will be held during the morning of the first day of the show, and it will be open only to the executives of exhibiting companies, members of the press, and special invitees of exhibitors.
Twenty Premiere Time invitation sets will be distributed free of charge for each booth space rented, and invitees participating in the Premiere Time event will receive important information about CEATEC JAPAN. Special VIP services and rooms will also be provided to enhance business negotiations with important customers.

Presentations and Seminars
Seminar rooms with the basic equipment for PC presentations will be located on-site for seminars and tutorials by exhibitors. Settings and time slots can be reserved on the official website. This package includes advance PR promotion via direct mail, a guest reception desk at the room and feedback information from participants.

Opening Reception
An opening reception will be held after the Premiere Time event for executive-level exhibit managers as well as media and industry representatives. Please use this opportunity to increase sales contacts and socialize with other exhibitors.

Visitor badges are imprinted with barcodes. By using the barcode system, exhibitors gain easy access to diverse information on visitors to their booths.

Services
Light food and beverages can be ordered for delivery to booths during the show to enhance meetings with important customers.
Novelties
Exhibitors can order novelties and commemorative gifts for distribution to booth visitors. Small-lot orders are accepted.
