Dear Exhibitor:

Thank you for your participation in CEATEC JAPAN 2008. The Exhibitor Orientation and Booth Allocation Lottery for the Digital Network Stage of CEATEC JAPAN 2008 detailed as below. Because lots will be drawn by exhibitors to determine each booth locations, your attendance is highly recommended. In case you will not be able to attend, the CEATEC JAPAN Organizing Committee will determine your booth location at rest space after the lot drawing is completed. With the lottery, an exhibitor orientation meeting will also be held. If you are unable to attend, materials distributed at this orientation will be posted to you later.

The booth allocation will be divided into primary and secondary lotteries. Exhibitors whose applications were received before or on Wednesday, April 30, 2008, will be eligible for the primary lottery. Exhibitors whose applications were received between Thursday, May 1 and Friday, May 30, 2008, will participate in the secondary lottery.

Lotteries will be held among exhibitors with the same numbers and layouts of booths, and in the order that applications were received. Location of either a unique number or a unique layout of booths will be decided by the Organizing Committee prior to the lot drawing. Locations for group pavilions, overseas exhibitors and PR booths will also be decided by the Committee.

Before the lottery, please confirm the floor plan which will be e-mailed to you on Wednesday, June 18th. Besides, please send us a confirmation of your attendance via fax using the attached reply sheet, or via e-mail by Monday., June 16th.

If you are unable to attend and would like to appoint a staff member of CEATEC JAPAN Management Office to draw a lot for you, please specify in the reply sheet. In that case, please be sure that the staff drawing is just done as same as attended exhibitors drawing.
