Pre-register on the web for free entrance
Have the entrance fee (1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for students) waived by pre-registering on the Official Website.
Printout your barcode number screen and bring it to the show
Bring a printout of the barcode number screen shown when you pre-register for fast receipt of your entrance pass at the International Visitors Center.
For holders of invitations
The entrance counters will be crowded, so be sure to pre-register on the Official Website even if you have an invitation. If you do not pre-register, please bring two business cards to the Registration Counter.
Entrance fee collected for on-site registration
You can register on-site and enter the show for a fee of 1,000 yen for adults, 500 yen for students.
CEATEC JAPAN Visiting Points
Point 1
The show gathers in one place the latest products and technologies of the exhibitors. If you attend a Conference program, you will need a full day to see it all. Plan to stay awhile.
Point 2
Visitors are recommended to come on the first or second day to this once-a-year event. Crowds are anticipated on Friday, October 3.
Point 3
Hit the hot spots on weekdays, and take it all in on Saturday. If you are too busy during the week, come on Saturday, October 4, and bring the kids to enjoy the many family-oriented events on the final day of the show.
