On-Site Facilities & Services JAPAN

To enhance the experience for visitors, CEATEC JAPAN 2007 will provide a variety of facilities and services, including information centers, lounges and wireless LAN spots in the exhibition venue.

Information Centers

These centers provide information on the show site and booths, and also handle visitor inquiries.

Robot Guides

Models of a robot developed by Sogo Security Services (ALSOK) and already in practical use will be at the show to provide information on exhibitors, conferences and events.
Cooperation: Sogo Security Services Co., Ltd. (ALSOK) 

Visitor Lounges

Lounges for visitors will be set up at strategic points around the show site. Some will sell snacks and beverages.

Wireless LAN Spots

Wireless LAN Spots set up around Makuhari Messe will let visitors access the Internet from their laptop PCs.

Courier Service Desk

A Courier Service Desk will be set up in the Yasuragi Mall located between Halls 3 and 4.

Travel Information Desk

This desk will be set up to provide information on hotel accommodations, travel and ticket reservations.

International Visitors Center

International visitors can come to this center for information in English on hotel accommodations, travel and ticket reservations.

Conference Information Desk

This desk will provide information on CEATEC JAPAN Conference programs and issue tickets for programs with seating available.

Press Center

An on-site Press Center will be set up at CEATEC JAPAN 2007, providing various services and information to the media.
